Eight-channel industrial wireless control set
The R8K combines an eight-channel relay receiver with a rugged eight-button handheld transmitter for equipment that needs several independent wireless commands from one operator station. The listed AC 85–220 V receiver version is intended for control cabinets, distribution boxes, pumps, motors, lighting circuits and other fixed installations where conventional wired controls are inconvenient.
Each numbered transmitter button corresponds to a receiver channel after pairing. The learning-code design allows compatible transmitters to be added or replaced without changing the complete control system.
Designed for clear multi-channel operation
The transmitter uses eight individually numbered buttons in a high-visibility orange and black enclosure. This layout is easier to commission and troubleshoot than an unmarked general-purpose remote, particularly when each channel is assigned to a separate load or control input.
Typical channel assignments include individual pumps, lighting zones, gates, contactor coils, alarm inputs or PLC commands. The receiver output mode and any interlocking requirements should be defined before installation.
Relay outputs and real load current
The product is listed with a nominal 10 A relay rating. That figure should not be treated as a universal 10 A switching capacity for every load. Motors, solenoids, contactors and lamps can draw high starting or inrush current, which reduces the practical contact capacity and service life.
For larger motors or pumps, use the receiver relay to control a correctly rated contactor rather than switching the motor supply directly. Provide branch protection, overload protection and suppression appropriate to the actual load. The RF receiver is a control device, not a substitute for the electrical protection required by the machine or installation.
Learning-code pairing
The R8K uses learning-code pairing so transmitters can be matched to the receiver during commissioning. Record the pairing procedure, channel assignment and selected output mode in the panel documentation. After adding or replacing a transmitter, test all eight channels and confirm that no unintended channel has been learned.
Installation considerations
Install the receiver in a suitable electrical enclosure.
Keep the antenna away from metal cabinet walls and high-current conductors.
Separate mains wiring from low-voltage control wiring where applicable.
Verify relay output type and terminal arrangement before connecting the load.
Test power-loss recovery and confirm that outputs return to a safe state.
Use a contactor or motor starter when the load exceeds the receiver relay's practical switching capability.
Wireless range depends on the antenna position, building structure, local interference and installation environment. Test the complete system at the required operating distance after the panel is fully assembled.
Applications
The R8K is suitable for water-pump control panels, motor and contactor commands, warehouse or agricultural lighting, distribution boxes, gates and other multi-output industrial or commercial control projects. For motion or hazardous equipment, keep emergency-stop, limit, overload and safety interlock functions in a properly engineered wired or safety-rated control circuit.
Ordering information
When requesting a quotation, specify the receiver supply voltage, load type, required output mode, channel assignments, transmitter quantity and any enclosure or antenna requirements. OEM branding and project-specific configurations can be reviewed for volume orders.
