Product details

The RE1 micro RF switch kit combines a compact transmitter board with a learning-code receiver for low-voltage wireless control. It is designed for battery-powered LED lights and embedded switching projects where installation space is limited. Select a 315MHz or 433.92MHz version to suit the intended system.

Small boards for embedded control

The RE1 receiver measures 17.5 × 10.8 × 4.8mm and accepts a DC 3.5–13V supply. The transmitter is specified for DC 3–12V operation and uses EV1527 learning-code transmission. Separate supply ranges make it practical to integrate the boards into low-voltage equipment, provided each board receives a suitable regulated supply.

  • Miniature transmitter and receiver boards for space-constrained projects.

  • 315MHz or 433.92MHz frequency options.

  • Learning-code pairing through contacts on the receiver PCB.

  • Suitable for battery-powered LED lighting and compact wireless switches.

Silent MOS switching for DC loads

The receiver uses a MOS solid-state output to switch the load’s negative connection. The output operates without a mechanical relay click and is intended for low-voltage DC loads. The listed load capacity is up to 2A, with total load power kept within 20W; both limits must be observed for the chosen supply voltage and load.

Wire the supply and load according to the terminal diagram for the supplied board. Check the positive supply, supply negative and switched load-negative connections before applying power. The output is a switched DC connection rather than an isolated relay contact.

Select the required switching behavior

Momentary operation keeps the output active while the control is held and turns it off when released. Toggle operation changes the output state with each command. Latched operation uses separate on and off commands. The source documentation describes PCB configuration points for selecting these behaviors, so specify the required mode and verify the supplied board configuration before installation.

Pairing and commissioning

Use a compatible learning-code transmitter on the same frequency. The receiver enters learning mode through its learning contacts, with the onboard LED indicating the process. The source instructions describe pressing the same transmitter command twice for momentary or toggle use, or learning separate commands for latched use. Confirm the exact sequence for the supplied configuration during sample testing.

  • Confirm the RF frequency and coding compatibility.

  • Check the transmitter and receiver supply voltages separately.

  • Keep load current within 2A and power within 20W.

  • Check output behavior, pairing and RF response in the final enclosure.

Built for low-voltage lighting projects

This board-level kit suits compact LED fixtures, portable lighting, battery-powered devices and other embedded control assemblies. Receiver operating current is listed at approximately 6mA, with a standby-current range of 0.1–0.6mA. Measure current with the intended supply, operating mode and load when estimating battery life. RF performance also depends on antenna placement, obstructions and the installation environment.
