Wireless wall control without adding switch wiring
The RK01SY combines an 86-type wireless wall panel with a compact single-channel RF relay receiver. The panel can be fixed in a convenient position without running new control wires through the wall, while the receiver is installed near the controlled equipment and powered from a DC 6–24 V supply.
This arrangement is useful for retrofit lighting, smart-home controls, small automation projects and locations where opening the wall is impractical. The listed control distance is 10–50 metres; the achievable range depends on walls, metalwork, electrical noise and antenna placement.
Seven programmable control modes
The receiver supports several operating behaviors that can be selected during pairing:
Momentary mode: the relay remains active while the panel button is pressed
Self-locking mode: press once to turn on and press again to turn off
Interlock mode: one learned command turns the relay on and another turns it off
5-second timed output
10-second timed output
15-second timed output
20-second timed output
These modes allow the same hardware to be used for lighting, access-control inputs, signaling, pumps, valves and other low-voltage control tasks. Confirm the required behavior before commissioning so the receiver does not remain energized unexpectedly.
Designed for straightforward retrofit installation
The wall panel uses the familiar 86-type format and is intended for stick-on mounting. No control cable is required between the panel and receiver. One-, two-, three- and four-key panel options are shown on the source listing; confirm the required panel and receiver combination when ordering.
The receiver accepts DC 6–24 V power and provides a single relay output. The product page lists a maximum current of 10 A and a maximum voltage of 24 V.
Load selection matters
A 10 A headline rating should not be treated as a universal 10 A allowance for every load. Motors, solenoids, LED drivers and lamps can draw high startup current or produce switching transients. Check the real load current, inrush current and switching frequency, and use a suitable contactor or protection device when the load is inductive, high-inrush or close to the relay limit.
Keep the receiver power wiring separate from the RF panel, provide a stable DC supply and install suppression at inductive loads where required. These steps reduce contact wear, supply resets and radio interference.

Ordering and commissioning notes
