Reliable Two-Channel Control for DC Equipment
The RK419 is a compact wireless relay controller designed to operate two DC loads from a convenient handheld transmitter. With a wide DC 12–36V input range and 10A relay capacity, it is well suited to motors, pumps, linear actuators, lighting circuits, access systems and other equipment that benefits from dependable remote switching.
Its learning-code receiver supports 315MHz or 433MHz configurations and provides a control distance of up to 100 metres in open areas. The rugged ABS enclosure protects the electronics while keeping the controller compact enough for straightforward integration into new equipment or retrofit projects.
Flexible Operating Modes
Choose the behaviour that matches your application. Momentary mode keeps an output active only while a remote button is pressed. Toggle mode changes the output state with each press, while latched mode provides coordinated switching between channels. These options make one controller adaptable to a broad range of motion and on/off control requirements.
Two independently controlled relay channels
Wide DC 12–36V working voltage
315/433MHz ASK wireless reception
Up to 100 m (328 ft) range in open environments
Momentary, toggle and latched operation
Low standby current below 10mA
Learning-code pairing for convenient setup
Typical Applications
The RK419 can be integrated into water pumps, DC motors, electric linear actuators, garage and access equipment, agricultural irrigation controls, lighting installations and general-purpose automation. Its two-channel architecture is especially useful where two loads—or forward and reverse control functions—need to be managed from one transmitter.
Installation Notes
Select a power supply and wiring sized for the connected load, and verify the required receiver frequency before ordering. Actual wireless range varies with antenna placement, obstacles and local radio conditions. For motor reversal or other interlocked applications, follow the equipment wiring diagram and ensure the load remains within the controller’s electrical rating.
