Wireless Motor Control with Digital Device Selection
The DC RK419 & R21 kit combines a two-channel DC motor receiver with a digital-display handheld remote. It supports forward and reverse motor control, upper and lower limit-switch connections, and external UP, STOP and DOWN switches. The receiver operates from DC 12–36V, making the kit suitable for compatible low-voltage gates, shutters, actuators and other motor-driven equipment.
This version adds a numbered device-selection display to the RK419 controller platform. Unlike the ordinary two-button RK419 kit, the digital remote allows the operator to select among up to 99 paired devices before issuing a control command. Each receiver still provides two relay outputs; the device-selection capacity does not mean that one receiver has 99 output channels.
One Remote for Multiple Devices
The handheld transmitter has a two-digit display, selection keys and two control buttons. The display helps identify the selected device when several compatible receivers are installed in the same application. Additional receivers must be paired and configured for their intended device numbers.
Digital device selection for up to 99 compatible paired devices.
Two relay outputs on each receiver, with NO, COM and NC terminals.
315MHz or 433MHz ASK learning-code configurations; match the transmitter and receiver frequency.
Learning button for transmitter pairing and code management.
Forward, Reverse and Local Control
The receiver includes dedicated upper and lower limit-switch terminals and inputs for external UP, STOP and DOWN controls. These connections allow wireless operation to work alongside local switches and end-of-travel control. The supplier illustrates both direct DC motor wiring and an arrangement using external DC contactors.
Available receiver modes include momentary, self-locking (toggle), interlock and a mixed mode with channel 1 momentary and channel 2 self-locking. Select the mode and wiring arrangement to suit the equipment rather than assuming every application uses the same button behaviour.
Compact Receiver for Equipment Integration
The ABS receiver housing measures approximately 95 × 68 × 28 mm and uses screw terminals for field wiring. The supplier specifies a 10A maximum relay load and −113 dBm receiver sensitivity. The source listing shows yellow, gray and white remote options; confirm the required handset and frequency when specifying the kit.
Application and Selection Checks
Suitable applications include compatible DC sliding gates, roller shutters, linear actuators, window shades and irrigation equipment.
Confirm the motor supply voltage, starting current and required direction-control arrangement before selecting a relay or contactor connection.
Specify the number of receivers and the device-number arrangement for installations using digital selection.
Check antenna position and wireless operation at the installation site. The supplier reports a laboratory control distance above 200 m; actual range depends on the environment.
Confirm the supplied limit switches, local switches, power supply and receiver quantity when ordering; the listing illustrates several configurations.
