Wireless ON/OFF Control for Three-Phase Motor Installations
The WT-02 & R208 kit adds handheld wireless control to AC 380V motor and pump installations that use an external AC contactor. The two-button remote provides clear ON and OFF commands, while the compact learning-code receiver operates the contactor control circuit. The contactor switches the motor power, allowing the wireless receiver to serve as the control interface for the installation.
This catalogue version focuses on the AC 380V application. Specify the 380V receiver configuration and a compatible contactor when ordering. The supplier also offers an AC 220V option, which must be selected separately to match the intended control supply.
A Simple Handheld Control Interface
The R208 transmitter has two buttons beneath a sliding protective cover. Its straightforward layout suits applications where an operator needs to start and stop equipment from a convenient position rather than return to the control cabinet for each command. A receiver LED indicator and learning key support pairing and basic setup.
Two-button ON/OFF remote for a single switching channel.
Learning-code receiver for pairing compatible transmitters.
433MHz configuration, with a 315MHz alternative shown in the supplier listing.
External antenna connection, with compact and cabled antenna arrangements illustrated.
ABS receiver housing with mounting tabs and a covered screw-terminal block.
External Contactor for the Motor Power Circuit
The supplier illustrates a 380V three-phase pump arrangement in which the WT-02 controls an external AC contactor. Select the contactor for the motor duty and match its coil voltage to the control supply and receiver version. The receiver is a single-channel switching device, so this configuration provides ON/OFF operation rather than motor speed adjustment or forward/reverse control.
The receiver photographs show a 30A load marking. That marking should not be read as a direct three-phase motor rating: the motor power circuit in the illustrated application is handled by the external contactor. Confirm the motor starting current, contactor specification and existing overload protection when selecting the complete control arrangement.
Range and Cabinet Integration
The supplier lists a wireless control distance of 100–500 metres. Actual operating distance depends on antenna placement, surrounding structures and local RF conditions, so check operation at the intended installation site. The illustrated receiver body measures approximately 110 × 55 mm, with mounting tabs for straightforward installation.
Confirm the Required Configuration
Choose AC 380V for this application; AC 220V is a separate receiver option.
Match transmitter and receiver frequency before pairing.
Specify the required antenna and transmitter quantity.
Confirm whether the external contactor and other installation components are included in the quotation.
Use the wiring diagram supplied for the actual receiver and contactor configuration.
The gallery contains shared WT-02 family photographs, including 220V-labelled samples, together with separate 220V and 380V application diagrams. Confirm the voltage on the supplied receiver before installation; the photographs do not indicate a universal-voltage input.
